This company is active in many areas of the Bitcoin business around the world. In April 2016, they signed a contract with the Georgian government to assist them in the development of a blockchain-based land title registry for the National Agency of Public Registry (NARP). The system will probably use two different blockchains: a private blockchain not accessible to the public, which in turn is partially anchored in the bitcoin blockchain. As is the case with Bitland Global and presumably also ChromaWay, not all data can be stored on the bitcoin blockchain. However, given the partial anchoring, they can use Bitcoin's counterfeiting security, which is guaranteed by a massive computer network. The project boasts support from the prominent economist Hernando de Soto, who works with them as a consultant.
