High qualified refugees are „condemned to idleness“, says Matthias Gehrmann, manager of CCDM, an internet agency based in Potsdam. His platform wants to make a change by engaging employers from Potsdam as „success mentors“ to support refugee's process of integration through offering career opportunities. The platform provides a linchpin between qualified staff and job offers. Job applicants can introduce themselves by creating a profile and apply directly for listed job offers. So far, so good.
